Product Description
Track 1 – A guided awareness on the breath, with emphasis on the natural, subtle movements of the body which accompany breathing. (Sitting time: 27 minutes)
Track 2 – A longer sitting, guiding the practitioner to a deeper absorption in the breath, with emphasis on the different stages of the in-breath and out-breath (Sitting time: 42 minutes)
The two meditations are intended to guide the practitioner’s awareness to insightfully see breath as it is and improve concentration, as well as remove habitual mental preoccupation, thus opening new space for tranquility and wisdom to dawn.
