DAY 1 – PREHAB & REHAB
Each joint as well as segments of spine will be considered in terms of injury prevention , rehabilitation etc.
Learn to practice in the context of different conditions such as ankle sprains, plantar fascitis, sciatica, low back pain, shoulder and neck pain etc.
Balance in terms of hip strength is key to anyone especially as we are ageing. Special focus will be on this aspect.

Focus will be on different posture categories of yoga a
Explore movements in circular and semi circular patterns
Learning how to master stick drills and more
