
Announcing the NEW Resistance Bands Class-shops happening NOVEMBER 26 & DECEMBER 3. 
TO CELEBRATE this year coming to an end, we are introducing the resistance band as the NEWEST external prop which Manoj wishes to bring into Manasa classes. To do this, we will be running 2 special 60-minute class-shops with resistance bands over livestream via the ZOOM platform.

SOME BENEFITS OF USING RESISTANCE BANDS:
Scalability
Body weight movements are sometimes a bit too much to execute, such as an Uttanasan chaturanga (pike push up). But with resistance bands of varying resistance, anyone can work on the same muscle groups and improve strength and mobility
Pull strength
Pulling strength work generally lags way behind compared to pushing strength work in conventional yoga mat practices. With the resistance band, we can learn to redress this imbalance
Enhanced leg work
With resistance bands we can really isolate strength work for hamstrings, abductors and adductors , as well as give more load to quads and glutes. It also helps in loaded mobility work.
