WANTED: Part-Time Admin Assistants for Manasa Yoga

Dear Manasa Yogis,

Wewould like tohirea couple of administrative assistants to start in June and we need your help to find the right persons for this job. If you know of anyone who lives close to Manasa Yoga, ispersonable, wants to get out of the house a few hours a day a few times a week while earning some extra cash and be part ofahappeningyoga community, pleasedo point him or her to our direction (susan@manasa-yoga.com or 012-337 5955)!

Job Scope – Primary Responsibilities
– Collection of Payment
– Issuing Member’s Attendance Cards
– Processing New Registrations
– Assist the Administrator in daily administrative duties whenever required

Requirements
– Minimum SPM/STPM
– Team player, results orientated, dynamic and creative
– Good communication skills
– Good Customer Service skills
– Good planning and organisational skills, with attention to details and ability to prioritise tasks with effective time management
– Basic computer skills are essential (Microsoft Word, Excel & etc)
– Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
– College/University Students, Retirees & Home Makers are encouraged to apply

Rewards & Benefits
Working hours for TUESDAY through FRIDAY are:
– (Morning Shift) 8.45am to 11.30am&
– (Evening shift) 5.30pm to 9.30pm

– (Weekend Shifts): SATURDAY: 9.30am to 11:30am & 3:30pm to 6:30pm; SUNDAY: 9.00 am to11.30 am

– One complimentary Yoga Class per week (to be used on non working days)
