Join us for a two-day Manasa Meditation Workshop conducted by Manoj Kaimal this July to get your burning questions on meditation answered.

DAY 1: 11AM – 1:30PM SUNDAY JULY 18

DAY 2: 6 PM – 8 PM SATURDAY JULY 24

On DAY 1, you will learn:
– What is meditation and why should one meditate
– What is pure awareness?
– Body based meditation
– Scriptural references to the importance of body based meditation
– Guided short periods of body based meditation

On DAY 2, you will learn:
– The role of breath in meditation
– Scriptural references to the importance of concentration on breath
– Guided short meditation on breath
