On this special day of dedication, come at 9 am to:
Join Manoj in 40 minutes of Sitting;
Dedicate 40 Sun Salutes to our Guru;
and Be Led in a 40-minute Asana Practice.
Fee: One attendance box or RM20 per person
Manasa Yogis are encouraged to come dedicate half a day to our guru. In dedication to Manasa Yoga’s Guru & Founder Manoj Kaimal, there will be NO CLASSES on Saturday April 30. On Sunday, May 1 (Labor Day), there will only be morning classes at Manasa Yoga.
