Until further notice, Manasa classes will continue to be livestreamed. We have made some minor changes to the class schedule from the month of July, so do take note of the following tweaks to the schedule (mostly in terms of naming):

  • 715PM on Tuesdays are now a 60-minute Basic level class focusing on Upper Body Strength & Mobility
  • 645PM on Wednesdays have been renamed as All Levels Hip Love so we can show our hips some love through movement and restorative holds
  • 645PM Thursdays are now All Levels with a focus on building Lower Body Strength & Mobility 

All other classes will remain unchanged. Continue to book via to join us.
